The customer is obligated to inspect the technical condition of the received goods for transport-related damages that were not detectable upon receipt of the shipment (provided there is no damage to the external packaging) within 3 days of receiving the goods. WORTH KNOWING
ASSEMBLY AND USAGE
The installation of abrasives should be carried out by qualified personnel using specialized tools (e.g., a torque wrench). The manufacturer is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation. The maximum permissible circumferential speed for various types of abrasives is:
Diamond and CBN abrasives with resin bond 50m/s
Electrocorundum and silicon carbide abrasives 35m/s
Ceramic bond boron and diamond abrasives 35m/s
Diamond and CBN abrasives with galvanic bond 50m/s
Exceeding the permissible circumferential speed can lead to damage to the product, for which the manufacturer is not responsible, and may also pose a risk to the machine operator. Only damages resulting from a technical defect on the part of the manufacturer are eligible for warranty claims. No claims can be made for goods that conform to the customer’s order, show signs of mechanical interference, or are damaged due to improper assembly or usage. Technical defects in the goods other than those arising from transport are individual in nature and will be addressed by the manufacturer after receiving the returned goods from the customer.
STORAGE CONDITIONS
Abrasives should be stored in a way that protects them from adverse physical conditions, especially excessive humidity and extreme temperatures. The allowable storage temperature for discs is 15-25°C. The manufacturer is not liable for damage resulting from improper storage of the goods.
