Jak wygląda proces rekrutacyjny:

Choose the offer you are interested in and send your application.

The HR employee will contact the selected candidates to arrange a convenient date for the recruitment interview. In addition, you will receive an e-mail or SMS confirmation.

3.

During the conversation, we will present you our offer and talk about your skills, experience and expectations. Depending on the position, you may be given tasks to complete. We usually have one or two meetings.

4.

We will notify you by e-mail or telephone about the recruitment result. If it’s satisfactory to both parties, welcome on board!

What does onboarding look like:

1.

You receive an e-mail from our HR department with confirmation of the terms of cooperation and organizational information.

2.

The HR employee helps to complete the documentation on establishing cooperation, directs occupational medicine examinations and OHS training, and supervises the entire implementation process.

3.

We sign a contract, present organizational issues and equip you with the necessary equipment.

4.

You get acquainted with the structure of the company, employees, principles of the company’s operation.

5.

The supervisor introduces you to the detailed scope of duties and communication paths.
