Balancing

Balancing of grinding wheels or any rotating objects consists in compensating for the uneven distribution of the grinding wheel mass in relation to the axis of rotation. The phenomenon of unbalance leads to vibration of the object, which in the case of grinding wheels increases the roughness of the surface after machining, generates noise, and leads to rapid wear of the machine.

We perform balancing services for all objects, not just grinding wheels. They can be performed on specialized stands or directly in their own bearings.
