Type: VB-ID14AA VOLLMER BIBERACH

Application

The abrasive wheel of type VB-ID14AA is designed for sharpening the contact surfaces of carbide-tipped circular saw blade teeth on Vollmer Biberach grinders of the following types: CHT, CHHT, CHC, CHTS, CHP, CE, CEP, CEN, CHM, CB, and CC. They are also available in a single-layer version called VB-ID14A, which is equivalent to VB9.

Thanks to the two abrasive layers, with the outer layer having coarser grit and the inner layer having finer grit, it is possible to perform both rough and finishing grinding in a single operation. This significantly reduces processing time and extends the lifespan of the sharpened tool.
